Job Description

Scope:

Schedule skills and final interviews (per day interview completion target 25)
Schedule interviews through interview scheduling tool (Hirepro/Hirevue)
Ensure interview scheduling template is followed by stakeholders
Monitor interview progress from scheduling till completion
Highlight interview scheduling roadblocks to recruiters/recruitment leads
Share real-time suggestions to increase efficiency (reduce not scheduled/interview cancellations/candidate or EI no-show)
Coordinate with tech team to resolve technical issues hindering interview completion
Report back to recruitment leadership on daily interview scheduling progress

Coordination with Recruiter:

Educate recruiters on the interview scheduling process
Ensure recruiters provide details in the interview scheduling template
Work closely with recruiters to increase efficiency by highlighting insufficiencies/CNR/CNI cases in real time

Coordination with Empaneled Interviewer (EI):

Block EI calendar/schedule interview through interview scheduling tool (Hirepro/Hirevue)
Educate hiring manager on the interview scheduling tool/platform
Clearly communicate do's and don'ts to ensure interview completion
Follow up with EI regularly to ensure joining interview on time
Post-interview, follow up with EI to submit feedback on the tool

Coordination with Candidate:

Block candidate calendar/schedule interview through interview scheduling tool (Hirepro/Hirevue)
Ensure candidate has completed registration before interview
Follow up regularly with candidate to avoid no-show
Clearly communicate do's and don'ts to ensure interview completion

Skills & Experience:

Good written and verbal communication
Stakeholder management skills
Basic Excel knowledge
0 to 1 year of experience
