Key Responsibilities

  • HR Generalist Functions

    : Handle HR operations including on boarding, documentation, policy implementation, employee relations, and HRIS management.
  • Strategic Engagement Planning

    : Design and lead employee engagement initiatives aligned with business goals and organizational culture.
  • Internal Communication Strategy

    : Create compelling internal communication campaigns that foster transparency and inclusivity.
  • Event Ownership

    : Independently manage large-scale engagement events, on boarding experiences, and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Mentorship & Support

    : Guide and support junior HR team members and contribute to process improvement.
  • Survey & Feedback Analysis

    : Lead employee pulse surveys, analyse trends, and recommend action plans.
  • Recognition Programs

    : Drive end-to-end execution of recognition and reward initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    : Partner closely with business leaders, managers, and HRBPs for successful implementation of engagement and HR initiatives.
  • Data Reporting & Insights

    : Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on engagement metrics, attrition trends, and action outcomes.

About You

  • 46 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee engagement, culture building and HR generalist responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in conducting engagement activities for 200+employees, with strong crowd management and coordination skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a creative flair for engagement storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and HRMS/HRIS systems.
  • Passionate about employee well-being, DEI, and people-centric initiatives.
  • Proactive, energetic, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Data-driven mind-set with experience using engagement tools, survey platforms, and analytics dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global or multi-location organization.
  • Familiarity with tools like Office vibe, Culture Amp, Glint, or similar engagement platforms.
  • Exposure to employer branding, wellness, or CSR initiatives is a plus.
  • Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
