US Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements for RCM and healthcare positions.
  • Lead and execute

    volume hiring campaigns

    to meet aggressive staffing targets across multiple healthcare functions.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and organizational standards throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records in

    Workday ATS

    or similar systems, and generate recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare or RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) domain in US to US
  • Must have experience in hiring RN, LPN, etc.
  • Proven success in

    volume hiring

    and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Workday ATS

    or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for US-based healthcare roles including medical billing, coding, patient access, and RCM functions.
  • Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., CHCR, AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare credentialing processes.
