You will collaborate with various departments, including operations, marketing, and sales, to align financial strategies with business goals. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred. You must have at least 3 years of experience in finance, with a focus on pricing strategies and auditing. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, pricing analysis tools) is required, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
