Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the ability to manage a large team effectively and be responsible for delivering client-mandated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which include Turnaround Time (TAT) and accuracy. The role will involve People Management, Workforce planning, Shrinkage/Absenteeism management, Attrition management, and People development. The candidate should ensure compliance with internal and external Audit requirements and maintain timely updates of incentives and NSA. Strong skills in data analysis, client management, and effective communication are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate the capability to handle high-pressure operations teams. This position requires a minimum qualification of a Graduate degree.,
