Job Title: Senior Group HR Manager

Location: Coimbatore (Peelamedu & Gandhipuram)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Experience: 5–8 years

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Group HR Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations across our Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches. The role demands strong leadership in Performance Management Systems (PMS), KRA/KPI frameworks, Employee Relations, and Grievance Handling, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a high-performance culture across locations.

The ideal candidate will act as a key HR partner to management, drive people strategies, and strengthen employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the Performance Management System (PMS), including design, implementation, and evaluation of KRAs/KPIs across departments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and grievance management, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Oversee HR operations across multiple branches, ensuring uniform HR policies and practices.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to ensure compliance with HR standards and labor laws.
  • Lead recruitment planning, onboarding, manpower budgeting, and workforce optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Review and analyze HR MIS, attendance, leave, attrition, and performance reports.
  • Advise leadership on HR strategies, employee performance, and organizational development.
  • Mentor and guide HR team members, ensuring continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist / HRBP / Managerial HR roles.
  • Strong expertise in PMS, KRA/KPI frameworks, Employee Engagement, and IR/Grievance handling.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between branches.
