Job Title: Senior Manager Grievance

Location:

Job Summary

Senior Manager - Grievance

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end grievance redressal for
Principals and senior leadership roles
across K12 schools
Handle
highly sensitive and escalated cases
involving leadership conduct, performance disputes, and policy interpretation
Conduct
independent, unbiased investigations
, including fact-finding, interviews, and documentation review
Prepare detailed investigation reports, recommendations, and risk assessments
Maintain secure grievance records, MIS, and leadership-level dashboards
Identify systemic leadership-related issues and recommend preventive interventions

Key Skills

Executive-level grievance handling & employee relations
Strong investigation, mediation, and decision-making skills
Exceptional confidentiality, integrity, and discretion
Stakeholder management with senior leaders
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

Master’s degree in
Human Resources, Psychology, or Education Administration

Experience

12–18 years of experience in
employee relations / grievance management
Proven experience handling
senior leadership or CXO-level cases
Prior exposure to
K12 or education sector
preferred
