Job Description

Position: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Jaipur Working Days: 6 days a week (Sundays fixed off) Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA Hike: Up to 35% on last drawn CTC Key Responsibilities: Design Strategy & Execution: Ideate and execute creative concepts across campaigns, packaging, social media, and digital assets. Maintain high design standards while aligning all output with brand identity. Branding & Visual Consistency: Ensure all creatives reflect the visual language and values of the brand. Oversee quality control of final outputs before release or production. Trend Awareness & Research: Stay current with luxury design trends to develop distinctive visuals. Conduct visual research for upcoming campaigns or product launches. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing, branding, and product teams. Guide creative direction for website and digital presence. File Management & Technical Execution: Maintain organized design files and manage specifications for both print and digital output. Coordinate with production and vendors for material execution when required. Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate internal feedback and iterate designs efficiently while retaining creative integrity. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in graphic design with a strong luxury or lifestyle portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDRAW), Canva, Figma, etc. Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail in typography, layout, and color theory.
