Senior Graphic Designer

• Lead and execute design projects for digital campaigns, social media, branding, and marketing collateral.
• Develop creative concepts in line with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Work closely with marketing, video, and content teams to ensure cohesive design execution.
• Create templates, design systems, and brand identity elements to streamline workflow.
• Provide art direction and constructive feedback to junior designers.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in

  Canva

  and

  Adobe Photoshop

  ; knowledge of Illustrator or other Adobe tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design strategy, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate marketing goals into compelling visual content.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
