The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can translate creative ideas into standout visuals across social media, product explainers, and marketing campaigns. You’ll design content that enhances our brand storytelling, whether it’s social graphics, visual assets for videos, or product UI mockups 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media creatives and templates for reels, stories, and videos. 
• Create conversion-optimized landing pages and digital assets for campaigns. 
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align visuals with brand strategy. 
• Deliver ad-hoc design support, including email layouts, landing page designs, pitch decks, and event visuals. 
• Develop quick mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to express design direction. (revisions, 
• Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and interactive layouts. 

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX and collaborative prototyping. 
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro). 
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe InDesign for social and marketing design and Mailchimp for email marketing. 
• Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation techniques (preferred). 
• Understanding UX principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility guidelines.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across digital and social formats
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience collaborating with international clients; experience in the real estate domain is a strong plus
• Speed and accuracy in delivering high-quality work, including quick-turnaround projects and revisions
• Skilled at translating creative briefs into clean, functional, and engaging designs
• Keen attention to visual detail
• Adheres to company brand guidelines while maintaining creative freedom
• Applies design thinking to problem-solving and concept development
• Someone who researches trends and stays updated with the latest design tools and advancements
