A person who knows it ‘Adobee’ and not ‘Adobe’; clearly the one who has dedicated their entire life towards graphic designing! As an artist, if you have a soft corner for India's artistic heritage and if you can depict it beautifully through digital designs, then Rooftop is your creative corner 

The candidate will play a dual role - leading creative execution and guiding a growing design team. This person will drive brand consistency, create scalable design systems, and oversee high-impact campaigns and product design requirements. It’s a hands-on role with a clear pathway to leadership.

Rooftop is in search of dynamic and dedicated graphic designers. With a strong creative approach, the candidate must be able to develop classy templates, handle the creative problems of the company and come up with minimal solutions. Such passionate digital artists who understand the gimmicks of marketing are precisely the people we are after.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Design Systems

• Build, evolve, and maintain brand design guidelines.
• Develop a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across platforms and teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align visual identity with brand strategy.

2. Team Leadership & Management

• Oversee day-to-day tasks of the design team, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Provide creative direction, constructive feedback, and help grow team capabilities.

3. Creative Execution

• Design engaging campaign creatives for digital and print platforms.
• Work on website layout, UI/UX improvements, and other brand design requirements.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in brand building, campaign design, and digital-first content.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior designers is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of brand, campaign, and product design work
