Senior Graphic Designer (Remote, India; UK Hours)

Role Summary

We’re a UK-based creative agency seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead brand-level visual output across multiple clients. You’ll translate brand strategy into distinctive visual identities and campaigns, craft presentation decks, and produce high-performing social graphics. You’re hands-on in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva, and you collaborate closely with copy, video and account teams.

Responsibilities

• Branding & Visual Identity
• Develop and extend brand systems (logos, typography, colour, grid, iconography, motion guidance).
• Produce brand guidelines and templates usable by the wider team.
• Website Design
• Figma Design
• UX/UI
• Creative Campaigns
• Ideate and deliver concepts for social, paid, and content marketing; adapt ideas per channel and format.
• Create presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, lookbooks with strong storytelling and hierarchy.
• Social & Content Design
• Design static and animated graphics for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube (thumbnails/cover art), web banners.
• Build scalable templates (Stories, carousels, shorts covers, report visuals) and QA for platform specs.
• Collaboration & Handover
• Work with Videographer/Video Editor on art direction (frames, lower-thirds, supers, thumbnails).
• Partner with Copywriter on messaging hierarchy; ensure brand voice and visuals align.
• Prepare production-ready assets; maintain clean files, components and libraries.
• Quality & Ops
• Uphold craftsmanship standards: layout, kerning, colour accuracy, accessibility and export specs.
• Manage feedback cycles in Notion/Asana; hit deadlines across multiple clients.

Requirements

Must-haves

• 5–7+ years in brand/marketing design, including agency or multi-brand experience.
• A standout portfolio showing brand identity systems, deck design, and social campaigns.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus), Figma, Canva.
• Strong typography, composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating presentation systems and executive-level decks.
• Comfortable working full UK hours and collaborating cross-functionally.

Nice-to-haves

• Motion design (After Effects/Lottie) and simple social animations.
• Illustration or icon design.
• Basic knowledge of print production and pre-press.
• Understanding of performance design (hook/retention for thumbnails and social covers).

Tools

Adobe CC (AI/PS/ID/AE), Figma (components, auto-layout), Canva (brand kits), Google Slides/Keynote, Notion/Asana, Frame.io/Drive comments, G Suite.

KPIs (role-level)

• Brand guideline completeness and adoption across teams.
• Deck quality and on-time delivery (internal CSAT).
• Social asset performance lift (e.g., CTR on thumbnails/covers, saves/shares on carousels) where relevant.
• File hygiene: reusable components, organised libraries, minimal rework.

Working Arrangement

• Remote from India with daily communication in ClickUp/Whatsapp; attend UK-time standups, reviews, and client presentations as needed. Operate as a senior IC partnering closely with the UK Lead Designer/Creative Director.
• View to be in the office fulltime once we secure a facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
