Role Overview

We’re looking for a Design Manager to lead the web design team and create seamless, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The role involves managing a team of designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of visual and interaction design across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX and graphic designers.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work culture.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback.

2. Design Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement design strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee creation of wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups.
• Ensure all designs are user-focused, high quality, and on-brand.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to align on goals.
• Present design ideas and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation of design systems and guidelines.

4. User Experience Design

• Create intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent digital experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

5. Project & Quality Management

• Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
• Allocate team resources effectively and track progress.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12 years of design experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and prototyping platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Experience in the beauty, fashion, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
