Key Responsibilities

• Create high-impact visual designs for both online and offline platforms (web, social media, print, branding, packaging, etc.)
• Apply strong color theory, layout, and typography skills to deliver visually compelling and brand-consistent work.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to bring ideas to life.
• Think out of the box to generate innovative, engaging design solutions for brand campaigns and projects.
• Oversee end-to-end production of graphics, from concept to final execution.
• Design and edit short-form videos, animations, reels, and explainer content (basic motion design a plus).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge design approach.
• Review junior designers' work and provide mentorship and constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere Pro).
• Experience with both digital and print design workflows.
• Strong understanding of color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
• Excellent conceptual and executional skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Bonus Points

• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• Knowledge of prepress and production
