We’re now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring sharp design thinking, leadership, and a refined aesthetic to our team. Role Overview: As Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead visual direction across a range of client projects — from branding to digital campaigns, packaging, and social content. You’ll work closely with our art directors, copywriters, and strategists to turn ideas into compelling, on-brand visuals that push boundaries. Key Responsibilities: Own the visual execution of design projects from concept to delivery across digital, social, and print. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to translate briefs into impactful design solutions. Lead junior designers by giving feedback, art direction, and mentorship. Present work to clients confidently, with rationale grounded in both aesthetics and strategy. Maintain a high standard of design across all touchpoints, ensuring quality and consistency. Stay ahead of design trends and proactively bring fresh ideas to the table. Juggle multiple projects while meeting tight timelines and managing priorities effectively. Requirements: 4+ years of design experience, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment. Strong portfolio that showcases a refined design aesthetic, creative range, and brand storytelling. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Figma, After Effects, or Canva is a plus. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Confident communicator who can present to internal teams and clients. Highly organized with strong time and project management skills. Strong attention to detail and a relentless commitment to quality.
