Role Overview:

As Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead visual direction across a range of client projects — from branding to digital campaigns, packaging, and social content. You’ll work closely with our art directors, copywriters, and strategists to turn ideas into compelling, on-brand visuals that push boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the visual execution of design projects from concept to delivery across digital, social, and print.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to translate briefs into impactful design solutions.
• Lead junior designers by giving feedback, art direction, and mentorship.
• Present work to clients confidently, with rationale grounded in both aesthetics and strategy.
• Maintain a high standard of design across all touchpoints, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Stay ahead of design trends and proactively bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Juggle multiple projects while meeting tight timelines and managing priorities effectively.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of design experience, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong portfolio that showcases a refined design aesthetic, creative range, and brand storytelling.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Figma, After Effects, or Canva is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Confident communicator who can present to internal teams and clients.
• Highly organized with strong time and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a relentless commitment to quality.
