Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and web content

* Design visual assets including banners, brochures, presentations, videos, and digital ads

* Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all materials

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines

* Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to bring innovative ideas to the table

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines

* Provide creative input during brainstorming and planning sessions

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

* Minimum 4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment

* Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and motion/interactive graphics

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

* Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus

* Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

*Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Knowledge of UI/UX design

Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web design coordination

Photography and illustration skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
