Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and web content Design visual assets including banners, brochures, presentations, videos, and digital ads Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all materials Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to bring innovative ideas to the table Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines Provide creative input during brainstorming and planning sessions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Minimum 4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and motion/interactive graphics Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Knowledge of UI/UX design Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web design coordination Photography and illustration skills BetweenIT is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.
