Senior Google Ads Expert

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Google Ads Expert to join our performance marketing team full-time.Should have a strong track record of managing high-budget ad accounts, optimizing for ROI, and scaling results across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

Should take ownership of strategy, execution, and performance analysis, reporting and client interactions across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Craft compelling ad copies, A/B test creatives, and ensure landing page alignment.
• Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROAS and lead quality.
• Track performance metrics through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Work closely with creative and development teams to improve ad relevance and conversion funnels.
• Join regular client calls to present campaign results and discuss optimization strategies.
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies, new features, and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts.
• Proven experience driving measurable results (e.g., conversions, CPL, ROAS).
• Expertise in Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Experience managing Shopify and eCommerce ad accounts.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing discussions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads / Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of landing page CRO and funnel optimization.
• Familiarity with SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B lead gen campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
