Senior Full-Stack PHP Developer

We are hiring Full-Stack PHP Developers (Laravel + CodeIgniter) to join our onsite team in Surat, Gujarat. This is a full-time, office-only role (no remote or hybrid) with relocation support available for the right candidates. If you only want a short-term job for money, this role is not for you. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications (HRMS, CRM, LMS). Work with Laravel (8–11) and CodeIgniter (3/4) to build secure, scalable backends. Manage databases (MySQL/MariaDB) including schema design, query optimization, indexing. Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with third-party services (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Payment, Video APIs). Deliver responsive, user-friendly UIs with Bootstrap (4/5) and JavaScript (ES6). Ensure code quality, testing, debugging, and security compliance (CSRF/XSS prevention, RBAC, encryption). Take ownership of assigned modules from planning → coding → deployment → support. Collaborate closely with other developers, testers, and management to achieve fast and reliable delivery. Requirements3–8 years of proven development experience. Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, MySQL, Bootstrap, JavaScript. Hands-on experience with enterprise systems (ERP/HRMS/CRM/LMS). Proficiency in Git/GitHub, version control, and CI/CD basics. Ability to solve problems independently without constant supervision. Strong communication in English (mandatory) + Hindi/Gujarati (preferred). Must be ready to work onsite in Surat (relocation support available). Good to Have (Optional)Knowledge of Vue.js/React.js. Familiarity with Redis, Docker, Linux server basics. Experience in scaling applications for large datasets. Testing frameworks (PHPUnit/Pest).
