Senior Full Stack Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React on the frontend and Java on the backend
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Spring Boot
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Should be able to work with Github copilot as an AI user
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
  

Eligibility

• Minimum 12 months in the current Role/Grade/Level
• Not on Active CAP at the time of applying for the IJP
• Employees currently at Grade 26 will move to the next grade and Grade 27 (Lateral Movement) can apply for this position
• Last Review rating of Meets Expectations or Exceeds Expectation
  

Required Qualifications

• Skills
• Frontend: Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Backend: Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot)
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with Azure services
• Dev-ops: Good to have knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Databases: Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
• AI: Github copilot
