Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer - AI Products

Hacker-first engineer who ships production-quality AI features quickly; loves algorithms; pragmatic design, and clean code.

Summary:

We’re hiring a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (AI-focused, hands-on) who prototypes fast, writes clean production code, and solves algorithmic problems simply and quickly. You’ll own feature delivery end-to-end: backend logic, model integration, and frontend UX — shipping high-impact features weekly.

What you’ll do:

• Build and ship core product features from prototype to production in days–weeks.
• Integrate and optimise ML/LLM pipelines (prompting, caching, latency/throughput tradeoffs).
• Design algorithms and data structures for real-time, scalable features.
• Debug and improve performance and reliability in production.
• Write concise design docs and clearly communicate tradeoffs.
• Mentor by code, not process: fast code reviews and technical leadership.

Must-have:

• 5+ years production engineering experience; track record of shipping systems end-to-end.
• Excellent CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis.
• Strong backend (Python preferred) and modern frontend (React/TypeScript) experience.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services or models into products.
• Demonstrable examples of rapid prototypes, OSS contributions, contests, or technical projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication: succinct design documents and PRs.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with real-time systems, vector search, retrieval, or LLM optimisation.
• Familiarity with cloud infra, caching, and observability.
• Browser extension/web plugin experience.
• Startup experience and ability to wear multiple hats.

Basic Qualifications:

• BE / B.Tech candidates specialising in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence with 4+ years of relevant work experience.
