Senior Test Engineer

Position : Senior Testing Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Associate in our quality assurance Team , who will drive the testing process, implement automation solutions, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design QA solution ,Test planning and Strategy.
• Design ,Develop and Review - E2E, Regression and Persona based test suite
• Implement Blackbox / Whitebox testing methodologies like Equivalence partitioning and Boundary value evaluation
• Implement CI/CD and shift left in organisation.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts (BE/FE)
• Conduct performance testing and analyse results using tools like JMeter.
• Collaborate with development and BA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members.
• Participate in troubleshooting and triggering of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.

Technical skills:

Advanced Testing Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of SDLC ,STLC, Scrum, Kanban, Shift left..
• Experience with various testing methodologies: performance, security, and load testing.

Test Automation:

• Proficiency in using automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Experience in scripting and maintaining automation test suites.

Web Technologies:

• Advanced knowledge of web technologies, including modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

API Testing:

• Experience with API testing tools
• Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services.

Database Testing:

• Advanced SQL skills for data validation and manipulation.

Version Control and CI/CD:

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins.

Leadership and Mentoring:

• Ability to guide and mentor junior QA team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Persona Testing, Blackbox / Whitebox testing methods
• Knowledge of system design.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Proven capability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Education :

e-commerce industry / IT Product company will be plus.
