Senior Full Stack Development Engineer (Backend-Focused)

We are hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer (Full Stack, Backend-Focused) for our Enterprise grade high-performance supercomputing platform. We are helping enterprises and service providers build their AI inference platforms for end users, powered by our state-of-the-art RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit) hardware architecture. Our cloud-agnostic, enterprise-grade MLOps platform abstracts infrastructure complexity and enables seamless deployment, management, and scaling of foundation model workloads at production scale. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of backend-heavy, full-stack feature developmentbuilding robust services, scalable APIs, and intuitive frontends that power the user experience. Youll contribute to the core of our enterprise-grade AI platform, collaborating across teams to ensure our systems are performant, secure, and built to last. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working at the intersection of AI infrastructure, enterprise software, and developer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable backend systems using Python, Golang, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes
• Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs and services with high performance, reliability, and security
• Build frontend components and interfaces using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript when needed
• Integrate with third-party services such as Stripe, cloud storage (S3, GCP, Azure), and auth systems (OAuth, SSO)
• Participate in architectural design and contribute to defining best practices across the stack
• Collaborate with product, ML, DevOps, and UX teams to translate requirements into production ready features
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, automation, code reviews, and documentation
• Help scale our infrastructure through contributions to CI/CD, observability, and Kubernetes based deployments

Required Qualifications:

• 710 years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise-grade platforms
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design
• Expertise in Python and backend development with experience in PostgreSQL or similar databases
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices architecture
• Experience building and scaling REST and GRPC APIs for real-world production systems
• Hands-on experience with frontend development using React, TypeScript, and HTML/CSS

Preferred Qualifications:

• Golang experience is a huge plus, especially for performance-critical backend systems
• Familiarity with Gitops, HelmCharts, CRDs is an advantage
• Experience with MLOps, DevOps, or infrastructure development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Exposure to payment integration (Stripe) and enterprise security practices
