Job Description

SERVICENOW GRC/IRM DEVELOPER EXP - 3-6YRS Location - Pune WFO NP - Immediate to 45 days Key Responsibilities Module Configuration & Customization: Set up and tailor ServiceNow GRC modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management to align with organizational needs. Workflow Design & Automation: Develop and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate GRC processes and enhance efficiency. Integration & Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and MID Server. Testing & Documentation: Create and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure solutions meet business objectives. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and GRC best practices to recommend enhancements and ensure the platform evolves with organizational needs. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.lmteq.com Experience: 5-6 years in ServiceNow development or administration, with hands-on experience in GRC applications. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and familiarity with ServiceNow development tools like Flow Designer and Studio. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is often required; certifications in GRC modules are advantageous. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
