We are expanding our in-house development team to deliver high-quality projects for our growing client base.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in PHP Laravel to lead development projects and manage a small team of junior developers. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and leadership skills. The developer will work on both new projects as well as existing client projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new and existing web development projects.
• Mentor, train, and guide junior developers.
• Collaborate with front-end designers and other team members.
• Write clean, scalable, and secure code using Laravel and other modern frameworks.
• Manage version control using GitHub/GitLab.
• Handle SSH commands for server management and deployment.
• Optimize application for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems.
• Stay updated with latest technologies, frameworks, and development practices.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

• Backend: PHP, Laravel (advanced expertise).
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Vue.js/React (preferred).
• Database: MySQL, MariaDB (knowledge of query optimization).
• Tools: GitHub/GitLab, SSH, Composer, npm, REST APIs.
• Other Skills: MVC architecture, third-party API integration, authentication systems.
• Deployment and server management (Linux environment).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Laravel and full stack development.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Experience in leading/mentoring junior developers is an added advantage.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
