Senior Front-End Engineer (React / TypeScript) Web + Mobile

We’re hiring a Senior Front-End Engineer to own major product experiences end-to-end in a modern, well-architected React monorepo—no legacy rescue work here. You’ll ship polished, high-impact features across Web + React Native (iOS/Android) using the latest ecosystem tooling, with the autonomy, craftsmanship, and AI-assisted velocity expected from top-tier engineers.

What You’ll Do

•Lead complex, real-world product initiatives (e.g., payment flows, advanced validation, state-heavy UX) with reliability, tests, and observability.

•Build shared, cross-platform features from a unified monorepo across React Web and React Native (Expo), with SSR powered by Cloudflare Workers for exceptional performance.

•Evolve a mature design system (100+ components)—creating accessible, composable, well-documented primitives using Tailwind, tokens, and WCAG-AA+ standards.

•Deliver data-intensive experiences with TanStack Query + React Table (virtualization, filters, sorting, optimistic updates) while keeping UX fast and fluid.

•Collaborate with Product & Design to clarify requirements, de-risk decisions, plan incremental rollouts, and measure outcomes via Sentry / FullStory.

•Contribute to engineering excellence: CI/CD maturity, code quality, architectural clarity, and long-term maintainability.

What We’re Looking For

•8+ years professional frontend engineering experience building production-grade, user-facing products

•4+ years deep React expertise (hooks, patterns, performance, architecture)

•6+ years JavaScript/TypeScript

•Proven experience working in large-scale product environments (CI/CD, code reviews, incidents, observability, scaling)

•3+ years implementing high-fidelity designs (Figma/XD), with strong attention to visual polish, responsiveness, motion, and UX nuance

•React Native experience (2+ years preferred) shipping to both iOS & Android; confidence sharing logic across platforms

•Experience with monorepos, component systems, tokens, and designing composable APIs (Ariakit or similar mindset)

•Demonstrated accessibility mindset (keyboard, screen readers, semantics)

•Comfortable with AI-accelerated workflows while maintaining craftsmanship and judgment

•Excellent communicator: clear writing, thoughtful reviews, strong product sense
