Job Title: Senior Front-End Engineer (React)

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior UI Developer (React) to lead the development of a production-grade user interface for our existing application. This is a greenfield UI initiative, and you’ll play a pivotal role in the entire lifecycle—from design to deployment—ensuring a robust, scalable, and high-performance front-end experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the design, development, and deployment of a brand-new React-based front-end application

● Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless, responsive, and intuitive interfaces

● Translate design wireframes and mockups into high-quality, reusable code

● Build scalable component libraries and design systems that ensure consistency and performance

● Optimize UI for maximum speed and scalability

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

● Identify and troubleshoot performance and usability issues

● Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural decisions

Required Skills & Experience

● 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer, with strong focus on React.js

● Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.)

● Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)

● Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration with back-end systems

● Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards

● Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)

● Experience with version control systems like Git

● Ability to work independently and take ownership of the front-end build

Nice to Have

● Experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications

● Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch

● Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and debugging techniques

● Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
