We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to join a dynamic creative technology team, focusing on building visually stunning, responsive, and high-performance web applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, translating UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect front-end experiences. You will take ownership of front-end architecture, reusable code, and integration with backend systems, ensuring smooth delivery across campaigns and web platforms. Accountabilities
- Develop fully responsive, pixel-perfect front-end code using HTML, CSS, SASS, CSS3 animations, and SVG
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into interactive, visually appealing web interfaces
- Build reusable code and libraries for future projects, ensuring maintainability and scalability
- Integrate front-end components with backend systems and web applications
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and global teams to present ideas and ensure project success
- Participate in testing, debugging, and performance optimization of front-end solutions
- Maintain high-quality standards across web media, banner campaigns, and digital assets
Requirements
- Proven experience developing web applications with strong command of HTML/HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and platform-specific optimizations (mobile vs. desktop)
- Familiarity with templating languages and automated testing/unit testing platforms
- Basic proficiency in image authoring tools (e.g., Photoshop) for cropping and resizing assets
- Experience with front-end development tools such as Adobe Animate, Google Web Designer, and custom email/banner tools
- Familiarity with ad servers (DCS, DV360, Flashtalking, DCM, Sizmek) and testing platforms (Email on Acid, Litmus)
- Experience with marketing tools like MailChimp, Salesforce, Marketo, or Bluvenn is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in distributed teams
