Senior FR Manager

Role Overview: As a core member of the Registered Alternative Products Financial Statement and Regulatory Reporting team at Citco, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and regulatory reporting process for complex fund structures. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of operational and compliance risk programs, coordinating annual audits, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP reporting requirements. Additionally, you will interact with various internal teams to meet financial and regulatory reporting obligations for Citco clients. Key Responsibilities: - Overall management of the financial and regulatory reporting process - Development and implementation of operational and compliance risk program - Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of fund accounting software and financial technologies - Team Development: Direct and manage staff across multiple jurisdictions and contribute to their professional development - Review and prepare supporting information for SEC Form filings - Interact with various internal teams to coordinate financial and regulatory reporting obligations - Stay aligned on new industry regulations and support Citco with process modifications Qualifications Required: - 12-15 years of registered fund accounting experience - Experience in managing client relationships or with the controllership function of a registered fund - Knowledge of Alternative Investments including derivatives, private equity, and hedge funds - Expertise with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Project management skills with attention to detail - Data Analytics Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) - Change Management Experience: Ability to lead teams through organizational changes - Cybersecurity Awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity principles - Industry Association Involvement: Active participation in relevant industry associations - CPA or comparable designation Additional Company Details: Citco prioritizes the well-being of its employees and offers a range of benefits, training, and flexible working arrangements to support personal and professional success.
