Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated *Senior Financial Analyst* to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in FP\&A and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports
• Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions
• Support senior management with timely and accurate financial information

Required Skills and Experience:

• Professional qualification: *CA / CWA / MBA (Finance)*
• 3-5 years* of relevant experience in FP&A / business finance / commercial finance
• Excellent Excel skills* — ability to build and work with complex models, dashboards, and data sets
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Good communication and presentation abilities
