Senior Finance Systems Administrator

As a NetSuite ERP System Manager at our leading global security authority, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the NetSuite ERP system and Zone Billing to support business operations. Your tasks will include user management, system customization, troubleshooting, data integrity, and system upgrades. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure NetSuite meets business needs, create reports and dashboards, and provide end-user training and support. Additionally, you will help design and maintain new solutions and processes, manage third party integrations, upgrades, testing, and implementations, and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of the NetSuite ERP system, including configurations, customizations, and user roles/permissions - Provide ongoing user support and training to ensure optimal utilization of NetSuite - Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within NetSuite - Oversee data imports, exports, and migration projects while ensuring data integrity and accuracy - Build and maintain reports and analytics dashboards for key stakeholders - Monitor system compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and data privacy laws - Stay up to date with NetSuite system upgrades, new features, and best practices - Plan and manage projects effectively, assign tasks, and meet target project dates - Communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently - Drive process improvement and efficiency in the business **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience) - 5+ years of practical experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration - Proficiency in NetSuite customization tools, including Suite Flow, Suite Script, and Suite Talk - Zone Advance Billing (ZAB certified) required **Nice to Have:** - NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred - Familiarity with various NetSuite integration tools - Experience with NetSuite modules (ERP, CRM, Suite Analytics, Advanced Financials, etc.) is preferred In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will benefit from generous time off policies, top shelf benefits, and education, wellness, and lifestyle support.,
