• Manage

  US GAAP-based accounting

  , financial statements, and monthly/quarterly/year-end closing.
• Oversee

  AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and reconciliations

  .
• Handle

  tax compliance (federal, state, sales/use tax)

  and coordinate with external auditors.
• Prepare

  financial forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and cash flow reports

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  SOX controls and internal audit requirements

  .
• Partner with operations, HR, and leadership teams for

  headcount planning, ROI analysis, and cost optimization

  .
• Support in managing

  treasury operations and banking relationships

  .
• Drive process improvements, automation, and adoption of finance best practices.

• Hands-on experience in QuickBooks

  for accounting, reporting, and reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in

  Finance, Accounting, or related field

  . CPA or equivalent preferred.

• 7–10 years

  of experience in US finance & accounting, preferably in IT/consulting or multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of

  US GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations

  .
• Proficiency in

  QuickBooks

  ; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in

  fast-paced environments

  and manage multiple priorities.
