Key Responsibilities :

Team & Process Management

• Lead and oversee thefinanceteam to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
• Review and validate the work of junior accountants to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, implementing best practices infinancialoperations.

FinancialOperations & Reporting

• Maintain and oversee

  cash flow management

  and fund allocation to ensurefinancialstability.
• Prepare and review

  monthly and annualfinancialreports

  with variance analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of

  bank statements, inter-company accounts, and ledgers

  .
• Manage

  accounts payable and receivable

  functions, ensuring proper controls.

Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance

• Resolvefinancialqueries by

  directly coordinating with counterparties in Ghana, IVC, and the UK

  .
• Ensure adherence to

  regulatory requirements

  and companyfinancialpolicies.
• Collaborate with auditors and compliance teams for timely submissions and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education

  : Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting,Finance, or a related field.

  CA dropouts are preferred

  .

Skills & Attributes

• Strong knowledge

  of accounting principles, cash flow management, and reconciliations.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  and accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks.

• Excellent communication skills

  for coordinating with international counterparts.

• Problem-solving mindset

  with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Leadership and team management

  skills to drive performance and accountability.
