Job Description

Perform
bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close
activities for US-based clients using
QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, or NetSuite
.
Prepare
financial statements, general ledger reviews, and management reports
under US GAAP.
Assist with
tax workpapers, year-end schedules, and adjustments
for US CPA firms.
Handle
accounts payable and receivable processing
, vendor reconciliations, and payroll postings.
Review
bank reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain
fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules
, and prepaid expense tracking.
Collaborate with US CPA partners and client teams to resolve queries and finalize monthly deliverables.
Ensure
process documentation, internal controls, and data confidentiality
are strictly maintained.
Participate in
quality checks and process improvement
initiatives within the offshore accounting function.
