Senior Field Sales Manager

The Schon is seeking a Field Sales Manager/Executive to join our team in Chennai on a full-time basis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, leading a team, achieving sales targets, nurturing customer relationships, collaborating with architects, builders, and facade consultants, devising effective sales strategies, and delivering top-notch customer service. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while being primarily based in Chennai. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in sales and business development, particularly in the realm of aluminum doors and windows as well as architectural and decorative glasses. A solid understanding of the interior design industry is crucial, along with a strong network of contacts within the industry. Your proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, will be essential for success in this role. In addition to your sales acumen, we are looking for individuals with strong leadership and management capabilities, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work autonomously and remotely. Experience in the construction or building materials sector would be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this position will hold an MBA in Sales and Marketing.
