Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our on-ground sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding merchants or sellers, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new sellers/vendors to the e-commerce platform
• Visit potential clients/partners in the field to pitch company services and convert leads
• Manage existing seller relationships and ensure consistent performance
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product training and onboarding for new sellers
• Collect feedback from clients to improve services and offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Provide regular reporting on sales activities, lead conversions, and field performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the e-commerce or FMCG sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
• Proficiency in local language(s) and knowledge of regional markets is a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
