Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Exp : 3yrs to 5 yrs

Age: below 40

No. of Openings: 3

Location: Coimbatore, Trichy & Salem

Commitment: Full Time

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month (performance-based; proportionate to target achievement).

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 09:00am – 06:00pm

Job Summary: The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales through direct engagement with potential customers. This role involves working in the field, meeting with clients, understanding their needs and increase revenue. The Field Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by meeting prospective clients, building relationships and understanding their needs. ∙

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services and effectively present them to potential customers. ∙

Lead Management: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and other strategies. Follow up with leads to close deals. ∙

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction. ∙

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer preferences and competitors. Use this information to tailor sales pitches. ∙

Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback and market trends. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in the Zoho CRM.

Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Offer solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.

Performance & Compensation Note:

  • The Business Development Executive is mandated to ensure that meets sales target or exceeds the assigned sales targets.
  • If targets are not achieved, the salary will be adjusted proportionately based on performance.
  • Regular performance evaluations will be conducted to assess progress and goal alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree. ∙

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. ∙

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ∙

Excellent organizational and time management skills. ∙

A self-motivated individual with a passion for sales. ∙

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Working Conditions:

Must have Two-wheeler & Driving Licence. ∙

Ability to travel frequently within 100km.
