Job Title: Senior Accountant (Female Candidate Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant (female candidate preferred) with a strong background in accounting, particularly in a manufacturing private limited company. The ideal candidate should have full knowledge of accounting functions and be proficient in Zoho Books. This role requires handling all statutory compliances and working across both the office and factory units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare financial reports, ledgers and statements.
• Proficient in Zoho Books for daily accounting operations.
• Manage all statutory compliance including:
• ESI & PF
• GST filings and reconciliation
• TDS and Income Tax
• Other statutory filings and audit requirements
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely submissions.
• Oversee payroll-related calculations and statutory deductions.
• Ability to work from both office and factory locations as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing private limited company.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Books.
• In-depth understanding of Indian statutory compliance and taxation.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities across multiple departments.
