Job Description

Hiring: Senior Fashion Designer – Woven Garments (Jaipur) Requirements (include but are not limited to): 3–5 years of experience in fashion design (woven garments preferred) Prior experience in designing for international/export markets , especially Japan Strong knowledge of stitching techniques and garment construction Understanding of full garment range – tops, dresses, bottoms, sets, etc. Ability to source fabrics/trims independently and use supplier connections Efficient in getting samples made independently with internal teams Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop , and digital spec creation Working knowledge of spec sheets, measurements, and fit Familiarity with 3D design tools (like CLO3D) is a plus but not mandatory Excellent sense of design, aesthetics, detail orientation , and fabric application Hardworking, team-oriented, and regular in attendance Strong communication in English , both spoken and written Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Design seasonal and buyer-specific collections for the export market Develop mood boards, concepts, and tech packs for woven garments Coordinate with sourcing, sampling, and merchandising teams Lead design execution from concept to final sample Follow up with sampling and production for timely developments Suggest designs based on available fabrics or buyer briefs Participate in exhibitions, buyer meetings, and sourcing trips Stay updated on international fashion trends and export buyer preferences What We Offer: Creative leadership role in a reputed export company Work directly with Japanese experts and premium international buyers Exposure to global design trends and production standards Travel and sourcing opportunities, and regular involvement in exhibitions Growth in a structured, creative, and collaborative environment Location: Jaipur Apply now to take your design career to the next level in a company known for quality, innovation, and excellence in exports.
