Job Description

As a Facilities Manager at KLA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and management of facilities to ensure a conducive work environment for employees. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the planning, construction supervision, and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and buildings. - Managing the design and lifecycle of all facilities and equipment. - Developing and maintaining workspaces (clean room, lab & offices) to promote collaboration, innovation, and productivity. - Ensuring high-quality service for transportation, pantry, and other amenities. - Managing building space allocation, layout, communication services, and facilities expansion. - Overseeing India office access and security control in collaboration with the Asia Regional Security lead. - Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety control requirements in partnership with the Asia EHS team. - Collaborating with the business continuity team on disaster preparedness policies. - Monitoring portfolio KPIs, space utilization rate, and budget spend. - Implementing Integrated Facility Management outsourcing for India. Additionally, you will be responsible for: Space Planning and Projects: - Developing space roadmaps for cleanrooms, labs, and offices to meet business needs. - Leading site planning and design for new building construction, remodels, cleanroom and lab installs, capacity planning, space planning, and engineering. - Managing budget and timeline for projects. Real Estate Management: - Proactively planning and managing the India real estate portfolio and leases. - Handling site selection, negotiation, and execution of lease agreements. Vendor Management: - Overseeing the performance of service providers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers. - Collaborating with Indirect Procurement to select and manage vendors based on procurement guidelines. Data Analytics: - Compiling market data, forecasts, budgets, and analyses to support real estate investment opportunities. - Benchmarking industrial peers' key operational and service levels KPIs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Level Degree with 6+ years of experience (preferably in Electrical). - Strong understanding of energy auditing, modeling, and efficiency technologies. - Ability to partner effectively with business groups and align with company goals. - Deep knowledge of real estate and facilities ecosystem. - Experience in leading a network of sites, including knowledge of India and international real estate markets. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in organizing and using data and financial analyses. - Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
