Senior Facilities Engineer

As a Facilities Manager at KLA, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the efficient operations and management of facilities. Your role will involve creating and maintaining workspaces that foster collaboration, innovation, and productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, construction supervision, and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and buildings. - Design and manage the lifecycle of all facilities and equipment. - Develop and upkeep workspaces to facilitate collaboration, innovation, and productivity. - Ensure high-quality service for transportation, pantry, and other employee services. - Manage building space allocation, layout, communication services, and facilities expansion. - Oversee India office access and security control in collaboration with the Asia Regional Security lead. - Ensure compliance with environmental and safety control requirements in partnership with the Asia EHS team. - Work with the business continuity team on disaster preparedness policies and procedures. - Manage portfolio KPIs, space utilization rate, and budget spend. - Implement Integrated Facility Management outsourced for India. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Level Degree with 6+ years of experience (preferably in Electrical). - Strong understanding of energy auditing, energy modeling, and energy efficiency technologies. - Ability to partner effectively with business groups and align with company goals. - Deep understanding of real estate and facilities ecosystem. - Experience in leading a network of sites, including knowledge of India and international commercial real estate markets. - Strong communication, presentation, and financial analysis skills. - Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
