Senior Expert, Communications & Engagement

The Communications & Employee Engagement Senior Specialist is responsible for themanaging employee engagement and experience at MINOC India. This includes runningactivities, campaigns, initiatives, surveys, focus groups as well as analysing and creatingreports and recommendations on how best to improve the engagement experience to theleadership team.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for internal communications and employee engagement
  

activities, initiatives and campaigns

• Should be able to identify improvement areas in employee surveys create action items
  

for teams to act on.

• Plan and execute a communication and engagement plans for events
• Create creative content such as videos and graphics for online media
• Analyse data within our communication channels and identify improvement areas that
  

will allow us to better serve our stakeholders

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Any Graduate, preference given to Communications, Journalism, Multimedia
• Minimum 6 years working in similar fields
• Good analytics and creative skills
• Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.)
• English speaking and writing with fluency is a MUST
• Video Editing Tool experience is a MUST
