Senior Executive/Executive-IMPORT/Import

Urgently looking for EXECUTIVE / SERNIOR EXECUTIVE – IMPORT

Job Descriptions:

• Qualification - Any Bachelor's degree or MBA / Supply Chain & Logistics
• Experience - 4 to 8 years (Should be in Manufacturing Company)
• Manage the movement of import products/materials in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process.
• Responsible for handling the team of Import documentation and guide them in an efficient manner.
• Deliver the documents to the customs clearance agency and follow up with them till the arrival of the goods.
• To be handling the debtor’s statement and follow up with Customers for due payment collection in both domestic and overseas.
• ERP Proforma creation and verification approval.
• Responsible for EBRC Creation from DGFT Portal.
• Perform & handling EODC & Advance Authorization new application from DGFT.
• Report generation of RODTEP, Drawback scheme applicable from Customs.
• Preparation of SAFTA /CEPA documents for LC based business terms.
• Planning of domestic and export shipment dispatch & Co-ordination with Factory team.
• Responsible for handling material claim disputes and evidencing the photos /videos references & mail communication with vendor supply partners.
• Handling BOE (IDMPS) and Shipping Bill (EDMPS) with our trade finance banking desk.
• Verification of Costing sheet of purchase and sales.
• Planning and execution of Payment for import shipments as per factory requirements.
• To find the best rate and service vendor for Ocean freight and price negotiation & finalization.
• Time to time communication with factory administration and schedule with concerned in-charge for inwards.
• Procurements planning & dispatch planning.
• Filling Of Bill Of Entry And Shipping Bill.
