Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented FACTORY HR to manage core human resource functions at our Manufacturing Unit in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end employee life cycle from Hiring to Exit (Recruitment, employee engagement, compliance and HR administration in a Factory environment).

  • Source, screen and shortlist candidates for various roles (technical, non-technical and contractual workers), Coordinate and conduct interviews, skill tests and background checks, Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in coordination with the Department Head’s, Plant Head’s and HR Manager.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance (CLRA, PF, ESI, Factory Act etc.).
  • Practical Knowledge in TNPCB is mandatory.
  • Interacting & Liaisoning with Inspector of factories, Authorities of EPF, ESIC, PT, Fire department, Local bodies & authorities (village panchayat etc.,)
  • Should have handled On roll, Off Roll and Contract Labours
  • Need to take care of Contract labour management.
  • Maintain all necessary HR records, registers and documentation.
  • Maintaining records as per ISO standards.
  • Maintain attendance, leave and end to end payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with finance for monthly salary payout.
  • Monitor performance management processes as per policy
  • Responsible for MIS & HR annual budget
  • Should have strong experience in GreytHR Software
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for employees.
  • Maintain training records and feedback documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies and factory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi (mandatory).

Qualification:

  • M.A (LM) / M.A (HRM) / MSW HR/ MBA HR / Any HR relevant certification is preferred.

Gender: Only Male Candidate

Salary: Depends on the Experience and Interview performance.

Working Days & Hours: Weekly 6 days, Working Hours 9:30am to 6pm and Sunday weekly off.
