Job Description

Talent Sourcing

  • Partner with our business teams to source high-quality talent from top business schools with the goal of building a future-ready leadership pipeline.
  • Manage end-to-end campus recruitment and assessments, ensuring smooth execution and data-driven insights.

Execution Excellence

  • Oversee on-ground execution, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and smooth implementation.
  • Evaluate and coordinate with vendors to meet campus programs requirements.

Employer Brand and Culture

  • Role model the Godrej employer brand across business school engagement platforms.
  • Create an engaging experience for candidates through selection, recruitment, internships, inductions, and training.

Partnerships

  • Build relationships and liaise with placement committees, deans, directors, and alumni associations to strengthen employer branding on campus
  • Partner with businesses to understand their unique campus hiring needs and design tailored initiatives to meet them.

Campus Engagement and Events

  • Plan and execute campus engagement activities such as masterclasses and pre-placement talks in collaboration with business campus teams
  • Ideate and execute innovative engagement initiatives for campus cohorts, both online and offline.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create impactful and engaging social media campaigns and activations.

Administrative and Reporting Tasks

  • Maintain accurate records of campus engagements, assessments, and event outcomes.
  • Manage vendor contracts, payments, and compliance processes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA with a minimum 1-year experience in Human Resources.
  • High energy and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships with diverse senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively across teams and functions.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and logistics seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data management, reporting, and presentations.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot effectively in dynamic situations.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box.
