Senior Executive - Quality

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming and supplier end quality to ensure adherence to quality systems and standard requirements. Your role will involve providing on-time and quick responses to internal and external stakeholders, conducting supplier end system audits, and process audits. Additionally, you will be tasked with driving supplier improvements and ensuring PPAP adherence for new parts. You will work on developing green channel suppliers and green channel parts, as well as simplifying inspection activities. Utilizing Oracle system transactions for incoming material clearance and preparing quality plans at the incoming stage will also be part of your responsibilities. Conducting MSA for inspectors, implementing control charts at the supplier end, and having knowledge of relevant standards for testing and inspection are crucial aspects of this role. Projects focused on reducing incoming rejection, utilizing quality tools for analysis, performing first article inspections, and managing inspection teams shift-wise and at the supplier side will be within your scope. Your proactive approach in enhancing systems and procedures in customer inspection and quality functions will be highly valued. Timely preparation and release of MIS as per business requirements, as well as working towards reducing the overall cost of poor quality, are key objectives.
