Senior Executive - Quality

As a Senior Executive-Quality at Bareilly (U.P.) Location, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in quality control and quality assurance within the food/dairy industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting in-depth knowledge of quality control and quality assurance in the food/dairy industry. - Performing line studies to address microbiological related issues during CIP and other processes. - Carrying out SWAB analysis of equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards. - Conducting microbiological analysis of incoming raw materials and intermediate materials. - Overseeing the microbiological analysis of finished products to maintain quality standards. - Handling customer complaints and visits from regulatory authorities such as C & FA. - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dairy/ice cream plants. - Ensuring compliance with food safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. - M.Sc. in Microbiology. Additional Details: Candidates should be willing to sign a bond, and local candidates will be given preference. Preferred industries include Ice cream, Food, Dairy, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, etc. Technical/Functional skills required include compliance with microbiological parameters, good manufacturing practices, knowledge of FSSAI standards, good communication skills, and manpower handling skills.,
