Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Puducherry for a Senior Executive Quality. The Senior Executive Quality will oversee quality assurance processes, monitor compliance with quality standards, and implement quality management systems. The role involves performing audits, documenting reports, addressing non-conformities, and ensuring consistent product or service quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve processes and meet the company’s quality objectives is a key responsibility. Providing training to teams on quality standards and participating in regulatory inspections will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

Skills in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Compliance Management
Experience in conducting Internal Audits, Root Cause Analysis, and Risk Management
Proficiency in Quality Systems Implementation and Documentation
Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar quality role is highly preferred
