Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Supply Chain and Manufacturing team as a Senior Executive Quality at Diageo. Your primary responsibility will involve sourcing, producing, and delivering the company's brands to customers worldwide. This role requires problem-solving skills and collaboration with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of the logistical, manufacturing, and technical aspects of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring quality assurance and quality systems in food processing/FMCG distillery, brewery, and beverage industry - Developing and implementing quality-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining their control - Managing quality improvement projects - Utilizing hands-on experience and deep knowledge of quality management systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office package - Coaching, influencing, and communicating effectively within the team - Delivering presentations effectively Qualification Required: - Post-graduate degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or DIFAT - 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Systems in relevant industries - Knowledge of quality management systems, SOP development, and control - Ability to work on quality improvement projects - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Excellent coaching, influencing, communication, and presentation skills Additional Details: Diageo is committed to environmental protection and supporting farmers and suppliers through its Society 2030: Spirit of Progress goals.
