We are currently operating in 10 countries and send about 2000 Indians to global destinations every year.
Conduct quality checks for all candidates enrolled by the Sales team.
Verify candidate documents before scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Maintain and update accurate candidate records.
Engage with candidates, resolve their queries, and build positive relationships.
Enhance and tailor candidate resumes as per client requirements.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with Salesforce, or similar CRM Software.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
